Computer Blue(s) & other Hues

"Wendy? "Yes, Lisa?" "Is the water warm enough?" "Yes, Lisa." "Shall we begin?" "Yes, Lisa."

There are some bigger pictures in IT. Lets look at the top three economically focused ones:

  • IT Unions
  • Pros
  • Cons

Globalization
Where is automation going? What is the real objective of globalization?

Limitations

Are we there yet?
Employee Morale?
What automation won't do; customer service/care, sales, and budgeting finances.

Globalization was the focus on connectivity not so much between governments but people. Not so much about money but economic structure. One rule one method one life.

Automation: noun; the method of making an apparatus, a process, or a system operate automatically; the state of being operated automatically;automatic operation of an apparatus, process, take the place of human operators.

Automatic: adj; largely or wholly involuntary; reflex; acting or don spontaneously or unconsciously; resembling an automaton. Having a self acting or self resulting mechanism from the Greek word automatos "self acting"..

Back in Greece; the struggle was getting people to recognize what was expected of them as free citizens without having to constantly be told. Perhaps as well Moses had the same hope.

What spawned from this as you can see was the belief that this was important to do with people then came the revelation that when this failed it was relevant to create a manifestation for hands on interaction in the form of machinery in order to one illustrate, then to influence, then to assist.

The evolved notion of the potential of machinery was that it would be fail safe where as people never are.

So then finally in 2005 the thinking of automation directly translates to IT. Which is developed, created, and standardized based on people. And so the problem remains, because the creator cannot create something greater than itself.

Limitations:n;that must utilize its own presence for the precision of its myriad of definitions. An act or instance of limiting; the quality or state of being limited; something that limits; restraint.

Boundaries and new horizons that will play a part in redefining for realistic comprehension are those that accept no limitation but accommodate the end as an appropriated stopping point when no more can be located. And a new border that liberates all that creates within is free to do so freely.

Are we there yet?

Yes and no. IT's there its just not willing to acknowledge itself honestly.

What a Union could do for IT?

There as been talk. There as been some consideration but will IT one day find solidarity in Unionizing? Some say,"no.."

What a Union could do:

  • Standardize software compatibility, Deployment, and scaling
  • Free up licensing restraints and agreements by consolidating dues.
  • Improve and standardize the authenticity of developers, engineers, technicians, and administrators.
  • Provide employment stability and benefits for skilled workers.
  • Stabilize the training of new candidates to accommodate the necessity of innovation for the future.
  • Consolidate resources on all levels and prioritize demand.
  • Revitalize relations between hardware developments and software productivity.
  • Ease consumer burden of legacy systems.

What IT just won't do:

  • Maintain monopolistic structures in the corporate environment.
  • Limit information and licensing required to prepare skilled developers.
  • Dilute the integrity of the causes.
  • Marginalize small business growth.
  • Be swayed by government overseeing.
  • Complicate IT; rather than improve IT

It makes so much since to keep things the way they are..
no.." Don't let the fear of politics confuse you. Invest in the immortality of IT not the trend.
