Labor Bored?

Some interesting new reports in the observations of the unemployed seeking to become re-employed; the employed seeking to become independent; the employed simply seeking to regain some of that once cherished stability.

While transition can bring about positive change it can also surface the darkness underneath. It all depends these days on whether or not you feel lucky, well do ya punk?

Some articles of recently discovered diplomatically address the concerns of finding Legitimate Employment in the presence of lies, theives, and the non advanced. Some good advice was giving regarding what to do when you are interviewing with new companies.
Surveying what goes on there, do the people working there seem happy to be there? Does the technology seemed advanced according to your expertise and experience? Do you get the sense that your interviewer is being "honest with you" when you inquire into the deeper details of the position or is this inquiry damaging your chances to compete?

Do you know your rights?

Are you being asked inappropriate questions either during your interviews or during the work day?

Are you being harassed without an explaination finding your "work" under sudden and inexplicable scrutiny?

Now that you have learned about how to live by the law; have you learned how to survive when you are in an environment where the law is consistantly a gray area?

What is the right thing to do?

Before you start planning your multi million dollar law suit, stop and assess the value of your well being. Indulging misconduct in the work place may not be the answer to irony that it seems.

The Labor Board in your area can be located and contacted if you have concerns.

Or do you find that being bored is more of what you are experiencing in your labor. These days it is never a "bad" idea to reassess your needs, wants, and goals.

It may be time to start dreaming a bigger dream. When it is all said and done, what about all those things that interested you when you were still in school? What about starting your own business. What are your trusted friends and relatives doing these days? Are they experiencing the same sensations you are? If so you may have potential business partners and investors at your finger tips and not even know it.

For those of you working contently enjoying the routine that affords ample amounts of personal time, family time, friend time, good pay, and a sense of accomplishment for the hours of life you have dedicated to the greater good.

Enjoy! That is the ultimate goal; but for those that eat and find you are still experiencing hunger you may wish to take some time to re-evaluate your circumstance and chose some new horizons to shape your thoughts on the future.
